The Role:

We are looking for an Editor who can ensure that every Gem report we put out to the community is up to par with the company's guidelines and standards. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in copywriting, attention to detail and a deep understanding of the crypto market in the following niches:

  • Airdrops/Farming opportunities
  • Solana ecosystem
  • ETH ecosystem
  • Bitcoin ecosystem
  • Defi projects
  • Low cap, Mid Cap, High Cap
Key Responsibilities:
  • Help develop SOPs, processes, and checklists for Gem Reporting structure, feedback and reiteration flow. 
  • Review, assess, and edit  Gem Reports including grammar, citations, graphics, validity of content, and tonality to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to established guidelines
  • Maintain and strengthen our brand's tonality and voice throughout the reports, ensuring consistency and alignment with our company's messaging.
  • Infuse creativity and engaging storytelling techniques to make reports fun and accessible, even for those unfamiliar with complex concepts.
  • Identify and document issues related to the content within the Gem Report and any other deviations from the defined quality parameters. 
  • Provide clear and concise feedback to Gem Hunters, collaborating with them to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Staying up to date with the latest news on crypto markets, emerging trends, and hot topics.  
  • Manage and coach an international team of Gem Hunters.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of crypto experience (at least/ideally more than 1 bull/bear cycle)
  • Experience doing detailed analysis on crypto projects
  • Proven experience as an editor, preferably in the field of market research or a related industry.
  • Excellent grammar and copywriting skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for identifying imperfections in content.
  • A strong sense of responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our brand's reputation through quality control.
  • Proven leadership and management experience. 
  • Creativity and the ability to simplify complex information for a broad audience.
